9 months still nothing. No replies to my requests for a refund. Just automated replies. They suck! Beware! I am getting to the point of asking my credit card company to intervene. Their customer service is none existent in reality.
Took four weeks to receive unit from Ireland. Could not log into unit with password on bottom of box nor scan to log in. Support is email only with days delay. I was told Jayson of Invizabox support, I must have changed password but I did not since I couldn't log in. Final got a RMA but have to ship to Ireland and pay for shipping. Don't bother buying from Invizabox.Terrible support. A waste of time and money.
I paid a total of $239.00 in 2018 for an “Invizbox 2 Pro.” To date, I received nothing. I’ve stayed in touch over the years with customer service to check on the matter from time to time and was told that due to production issues, there was a bit of a backup. If you visit their website, there is no mention of the “Invizbox 2 Pro” whatsoever. I feel as if I have been tricked. They get to continue to produce the Go and Invizbox 2, AND they have chosen to keep my hard-earned money. They’ve never reached out to me to advise me of the status, I’ve always had to be the one to reach out to them. I understand production issues, BUT FOUR YEARS??? They’ve never even offered me a return of my original $239.00. If the team on this site wishes to contact me for copies of my correspondence with Invizbox, I’d be happy to provide it.
