I have no complaints about Strong VPN no problem with payment of Canadian credit cards r... eliable service trustworthy security when connected. I don't know why there is so much negative feedback I'm just very lucky and no I'm not a lucky Irish man. Great price I pay $4.99 monthly support is great speeds are great and their encryption is very secure, I always check if my DNS if are leaked, and they always pass and check my speeds which are good. I know when connected with Strong VPN I can trust that I'm safe and secure with them.Meer

Access cut off
I have a Lifetime subscription of StrongVPN and since two days ago, I cannot connect to any of their s... ervers.
I contacted support staff regarding the issue and as soon as I told my country they told me they no longer offer service in my region!
I have an active subscription that I've paid for it and expect to get full support and service for it!
It's very unprofessional and unacceptable to do this to user which have active subscription already!Meer

Best VPN out there.
It is still one of the Best VPNs out there. They have some unique features like Track-Stop, self-confi... gurable Multi-Hop, and Port Forwarding which make them one of the safest and most Private Providers. They may not have the most Servers or beautiful Software but they own all the Servers which run as Diskless Servers on Bare Metal! They earned their Reputation.

Dont do it, its sketchy.
If you like me, cannot find a way to cancel your payment (Its through paypal.) then you are outta luc... k. Also, its easy to lose your password because they give you a temp password with NO means of recovery for your password if you lose the email with the temp password.
Whats worse is if you lose that then you are going to have to contact them and hope they can give your password to you which good luck with that, when I contacted them for a refund and asked them for my password, instead they went to berate me.

Yep, a rep literally said this in an email when I was asking for a refund and he wouldn't give it so I went to paypal for it. He said, "Its your fault for not canceling the service sooner." when literally I couldn't find a way to cancel it for HOURS because I couldn't find my password. I gave up at one time and forgot about it and then I went at it again. I used their service for literally a day.
So do NOT buy this service, on top of all this its actually very hard to find a server with good ping and actual space for MB also, if someone enters the server and fills it up to max, it slows the server down for EVERYONE so there is going to be severe lag spikes that will happen utterly randomly.
I was going to use it to block ads on twitch but I can just go to literally any other VPN with ad blocking.Meer
